Venus on steroids has been wreaking havoc.
Now it may bring down our country. Melting Mamas are multiplying. These are women who are saying they won’t vote for Trump because he does not make them feel good. They have no concern about any kind of factual statement. Orange man makes them uncomfortable so he has to go. They don’t care about the improved economy, America’s improved image in the world, the reduction in regulations or anything else that can be measured. They don’t care that the Democrat is suffering from dementia. It is all in submission to their feelings. Are there enough to change the election results? That is a good question. It is possible they will just stay home and everything will be good.
If you have been watching the riots and destruction being pushed by BLM and Antifa you may have noticed how many young women are involved. Again, it does not matter how many black children have been murdered by their violence. It does not matter how many black police have been hurt and killed. It doesn’t matter that blacks are killing blacks in Chicago. All that matters is they feel a common criminal named George Floyd died in police custody. They have been told this is bad and they feel bad, so they burn and throw things.
What we need is to get back to the balance that is normal in a civilized society. We need Mars and we need Venus. If you have too much Mars it actually ends up similar to when we have too much Venus. Balance is the key because they will keep each other in check. The dominant, pushy Mars will be softened by the sensitive Venus. The touchy feely Venus will be forced to take stands that go against their feelings. I know that my wife and I take different approaches to our children even as they are adults. She still wants to nurture, to get involved, to catch them if they fall. She needs to be needed. I tend to feel like they learn more by falling down than they do by being caught. I want them to be able to do well on their own. I am willing to help if there is a real need but my definition of “real” is different than my wife’s.
We need to restore the balance so we can deal with the rest of the problems in front of us.
