People are calling for special counselors/prosecutors or whatever they are called. I am not excited about the idea. Although I am sure there have been more, the special counselors that come to mind for me are Ken Starr and Robert Mueller. Neither one produced any results that justified the expense and time.
I am guessing that there have been others that were more productive but because they were not politically expedient to the CNN media, they have not been publicized. I think special prosecutors are just another way of forming a committee. If you don’t know what that means it is about the way an executive or administrator will have someone bring up an idea he doesn’t like so he “forms a committee” knowing that it will result in a lot of talk and no action.
People are excited that Barr made Durham a special prosecutor. Keep in mind that Comey lied under oath, on public TV, in front of millions of Americans. That is an open and shut case. There are others. You don’t need a special prosecutor, you need a Attorney General who wants to put criminals in jail.
You don’t need special prosecutors for things that are obvious. Gather some facts, issue a warrant, indict and prosecute.
Sound simple to me but because it might put some special people in jail, it won’t happen.

Welcome to Varied Expressions of Worship
This blog will be written from an orthodox Christian point of view. There may be some topic that is out of bounds, but at present I don't know what it will be. Politics is a part of life. Theology and philosophy are disciplines that we all participate in even if we don't think so. The Bible has a lot to say about economics. How about self defense? Is war ethical? Think of all the things that someone tells you we should not touch and let's give it a try. Everything that is a part of life should be an expression of worship.
Keep it courteous and be kind to those less blessed than you, but by all means don't worry about agreeing. We learn more when we get backed into a corner.

Comments are welcome. Feel free to agree or disagree but keep it clean, courteous and short. I heard some shorthand on a podcast: TLDR, Too long, didn't read.
