With all the talk about how nasty, racist and arrogant white people are I offer an example of the white racism I was raised on. This is a song we were taught as children.
Jesus loves the little children,When the gurus of modern culture came out with the idea of “multiracial whiteness” it became clear.
All the children of the world.
Red and yellow, black and white,
They are precious in His sight.
Jesus loves the little children of the world.
Of course you also have verses we heard preach on from the Bible.
(Col 3:11 KJV) Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
(Gal 3:28 KJV) There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. That sounds pretty inclusive to me but I was raised before the philosophy of deconstructionalism took over education.

"Education" is such a "yesterday" term! (Sadly enough.)
ReplyDeleteOne of our big confusions is equating education with going to school.
