In some ways conservatives are no better than liberals. Have you notice that so many of those who claimed that the poles were useless are now quoting them?
When it was Trump’s popularity then the polls were biased. Now that the poles are showing Biden in the dumps we suddenly shout them from the rooftops. Pick your topic.
I would go for consistency. That does not mean you have your choice of being a happy believer or a total skeptic. You need to be a skeptic but be one all the time. Don’t let people manipulate your peace with skewed numbers. Keep in mind that statistics can be correct and still be meaningless. If I say the number of people who read my posts has doubled it doesn’t have quite the same significance as Jordan Peterson doubling his.
When you find a reliable source then pay attention but never give up that moment when you ask yourself if it is true.
