I see at least three divergent visions trying to mold the future of America.
The Progressive* drive for a police state with them in the driver’s seat. This is what we are watching out our windows. We don’t see much of it in the news or on the screen because the people responsible for those mediums are part of the problem. It is all about concentrating power in the central government with just a few elites in charge. What works to advance the agenda is good. What hampers the takeover must be destroyed. It is pretty simple even if most people don’t want to see it.
The Conservative dream for America based on what I would call real justice based on a Biblical view of law and morals. “With liberty and justice for all”. As long as we don’t cross over into someone else’s lane we would be free to pursue our dreams. Laws would be few and enforced fairly. Fairly would be defined as the same for everyone regardless of the group you identify with. Government would be limited. Our uniqueness as individuals would be recognized.
The third vision is a combination of blinders and rose colored glasses. It is The Sheep Position that says they don’t even know what vision is. As long as the grass is green where they are then they ignore the shearing and slaughter house.
The problem really isn’t that we have tyrants in training. The problem is we have too many sheep. Wake up. Stand up. Speak up. Do it while we still have a chance. If it is too late, save me a top bunk in camp.
*(Liberals, educators, the media, socialists, communists, crony capitalists, elites, Rinos, Democrats, leftists, Never Trumpers, Antifa, BLM, MSM, Deep State, etc. Synonym for swamp dwellers)

Welcome to Varied Expressions of Worship
Welcome to Varied Expressions of Worship
This blog will be written from an orthodox Christian point of view. There may be some topic that is out of bounds, but at present I don't know what it will be. Politics is a part of life. Theology and philosophy are disciplines that we all participate in even if we don't think so. The Bible has a lot to say about economics. How about self defense? Is war ethical? Think of all the things that someone tells you we should not touch and let's give it a try. Everything that is a part of life should be an expression of worship.
Keep it courteous and be kind to those less blessed than you, but by all means don't worry about agreeing. We learn more when we get backed into a corner.

Comments are welcome. Feel free to agree or disagree but keep it clean, courteous and short. I heard some shorthand on a podcast: TLDR, Too long, didn't read.
